On returns, total up front explanation. Always ask so there are no Misunderstandings. I'll tell you the condition of the gun and accessories. Purchasers furnish F.F.L. clear readable copy, with Signature in black ink, on the copy with legible number. Any damage or loss must be reported at once to U.P.S. I charge a flat of $15.00 for the first $100.00 value or less, 15% thereafter, restocking fee for returned items or cash refund.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. Defective merchandise should be returned to the Manufacture on new items. Not responsible for typographical errors. Send a copy of State Sales Tax Number or include sales tax. Send M.O., CERT. or Bank Cashier's check. Personal check is fine (ten days to clear). I ship only be U.P.S.

NOTE: FFL Dealers. Transfers on Firearms Purchase agent or buyer is responsible to pay all state sales tax in their state. Sales tax in your state must be paid at the time of transfer. Note! Cancellations on orders that are custom made, like new in box guns or hard to find items that are considered rare. The first ninety days ("90 days") I charge a flat $10.00 for the first $100.00 value or less, rate of (ten percent) 10% fee thereafter, on a cash refund. Thereafter of ninety days ("90 days") I charge a flat $15.00 for the first $100.00 value or less, (fifteen percent) 15% fee thereafter, on a cash refund.

Any problems/refund requests must be reported within 48-hours of delivery, after this 48-hour period all sales are final. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Shipping charges are not refundable. If description states "sold as is" or "on sale items" all sales are final and not returnable.
